The head office for the DACH and EEC markets covering 13 countries with more than 2700 employees is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.

The Retail and Wholesale Expansion Team for the West Region plays a critical role in the growth and development of PVHs brands. This team is responsible for identifying and securing new store locations as well as developing and executing Shop-in-Shop (SiS) concepts in collaboration with wholesale partners. The team ensures PVH establishes a strong market presence and drives continued growth in the West Region.

As Specialist Expansion your main focus will be on Wholesale administration and supporting the ongoing development and optimization of the PVH store and Shop-in-Shop portfolio across all brands in the West region. You will work closely with the Expansion Managers to support contract management create project overviews evaluations and presentations and contribute to the successful execution of store and Shop-in-Shop projects.
You will also act as a key contact for partners and landlords coordinate independently on administrative tasks and ensure smooth communication and documentation across all involved stakeholders.

A day in the life of a Specialist Expansion (m/f/x):

  • Takes over Store expansion projects and management of Lease Agreements within the Store portfolio. Leads the administration process of the Expansion Team.

  • Main Task is to manage Store locations with focus on contracts and business opportunities within Region West and for all brands.

  • Location search & study of Franchise/ O&O Stores

  • Negotiations with landlords and business partners (occupancy volume of >50 Mio EUR yearly and approx. 2-5 Mio EUR on Rent Savings/year)

  • Expertise for Real Estate and Retail Performance in the markets

  • Leading the administration of Expansion Projects documentation / preparation and approval processes in the region

  • Cooperation with Retail management Controlling Store Development Legal Department and HQ AMS

  • Permanent partner for Franchisees and landlord communication/ negotiations to brokers and Real Estate market

What do we need from you You have:

  • University degree in Business Administration

  • minimum 2 years experience in Sales / Retail / Real Estate preferred Lifestyle brands

  • Good negotiation skills strategic thinking. Administrative as well as strong people management skills for deal making and business partner management.

  • Strong communication skills for cooperations with different stakeholders.
