Salary: $50000 - $75000 depending on experience

About this role:
You will join our customer service team at our corporate headquarters in Winnipeg Manitoba. Your primary role is to answer inbound inquiries as the companys first point of contact. Youll also help with quoting and data entry.

Typical duties include:

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries.
Provide tailored advice to assist customers with product selection.
Resolving customer issues and questions.
Data entry for quotes orders and case creation.

What experience should you have

Bilingual ability inSpanish and/or French is an asset but not required we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
Comfortable working in a busy sales environment.
Experience in a similar sales role or a high-touch retail setting with strong customer service skills.
Ability to quickly learn and confidently articulate HERDs products.
Enthusiasm for talking about and promoting products and services.
Previous experience selling toor working withinthe trucking or automotive industry is a strong asset.
