IT Infrastructure Project Lead Open Systems

Division: Group Technology Services (GTS)

You will be part of Euroclears Group Technology Services Division Open Systems (OS) Tribe that oversees various Cloud Windows Linux Virtualization and databases technologies and join the OS Orchestration and Enablement Squad. Our team offers a variety of services such as testing compliancy & regulation and communications etc. providing value for our customers in and out the Tribe. We are a supportive team helping Euroclear in their constant evolutive journey.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and multi-talented IT Infrastructure Project Lead to join our Open System Orchestration and Enablement team part of the Open Systems department within our IT division.

In this key role you will help us evolve our current Open Systems server stack and transform it into a modern IT platform leveraging the power and flexibility offered by cloud technologies.

You will join a versatile and collaborative team responsible for the smooth delivery of IT projects ensuring Agility at scale and providing architectural testing and communication services to our internal customers.

Your Mission

As IT Infrastructure Project Lead you will wear multiple hats with your main responsibilities being:

• Acting as Epic/Feature Delivery Owner ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of infrastructure-related initiatives.
• Serving as Scrum Master for the teamfacilitating agile ceremonies fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
• Leading and coordinating complex IT infrastructure projects balancing scope schedule budget and quality.
• Supporting our transformation journey toward a modern cloud-enabled IT platform.
• Coaching and mentoring team members promoting a culture of learning and innovation.
• Continuously improving our ways of working to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes.

Your Background

• Masters degree or a Bachelors with several years of relevant experience in an IT technology or banking environment
• Profound knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe) and project management methodologies
• Certifications in:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PRINCE2
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
