About the role
Were looking for a skilled and experienced BMS Project Engineer to join our wider BEMS Optimisation division playing an integral part in delivery and achieving long term impact.

This role is responsible for small/medium sized projects such as upgrades as well as performing optimisation works planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to our clients. The successful candidate will have the ability to create and modify software strategies and collaborate with Project Managers in order to lead small teams.

If you choose to take an electric company car following your probation period you will have the ability to choose from available options within our company criteria examples include VW ID7 and Polestar 2 or 3 models (subject to availability).

Our contractual hours are 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) however due to the nature of the work and client requirements there may need to be on call or complete overtime and pay for this is always provided as detailed.

Requirements

  • Experienced in the maintenance of Building Management Systems
  • Qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (to HNC/ONC or equivalent)
  • Substantial experience and/or qualifications in Trend (IQ Vision desirable) and/or Tridium systems
  • Qualifications or experience with Cylon desirable
  • Ability to find solutions to complex problems with attention to detail
  • Thorough appreciation of site operations and procedures in line with clients and stakeholders demands.
  • Great persistence in seeking continual improvement for both yourself and the company.
  • UK Drivers License
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Purpose driven mindset
  • An open and approachable manner backed up by high moral and ethical standards
  • Passion for social or environmental issues
  • Proactive attitude that brings drive energy and passion to the role
