Job Summary

What Youll Do

As a Caregiver Floater youll help keep everything running smoothly for our clients and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

Covering shifts when caregivers are unavailable and starting new cases as needed
Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility support
Helping with daily living tasks including meal preparation light housekeeping shopping and laundry
Providing companionship and monitoring client well-being cleanliness and nutrition
Documenting client activities and changes and reporting any concerns to supervisors
Supporting the office team when not assigned to a client by assisting with paperwork documentation and organizing materials

This role is a great fit if you enjoy variety problem-solving and being part of a supportive team.

Schedule and Location

Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Based in the Pilsen area with both office work and client home visits

Qualifications

To succeed in this role youll need:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Valid drivers license clean driving record reliable vehicle and car insurance
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Flexibility to work in different home environments (pets smoking or cluttered conditions)
