We are currently looking for a Deputy GM Cyber Security to join our team in Franklin TN.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide cyber strategy integrating Security Operations Architecture and GRC
  • Align cyber goals with business privacy and legal priorities; ensure regional-global coordination
  • Oversee incident response readiness and direct major threat containment and recovery efforts
  • Advance innovation in threat detection cloud security and connected vehicle protection
  • Drive policy compliance and audit readiness across frameworks like NIST CSF J-SOX GLBA
  • Manage stakeholder relationships vendor partnerships and performance expectations
  • Build and mentor a high-performing inclusive team with focus on engagement and development
  • Optimize cyber investments through strategic budgeting and cost-effective execution
  • Serve as a key cyber security representative in executive forums steering committees and cross-functional planning
  • Influence technology roadmaps to embed security at every stage of product and business development
  • Monitor emerging regulations threats and trends to advise senior leadership on proactive risk mitigation

Qualifications

  • 15 years of progressive cyber security experience including senior executive leadership
  • Automotive mobility or connected systems experience strongly preferred
  • Masters degree in Information Security Engineering or Business Administration preferred
  • Professional certifications: CISSP CISM CISA; Cloud Security and Cloud Practitioner credentials encouraged
  • Proven experience influencing large organizations and managing high-performing technical teams
