Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted outreach research cold calling and networking.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Understand and communicate ATSs full portfolio of technology products services and solutions.
Maintain awareness of industry trends competitors and customer challenges to position ATS effectively.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools (e.g. ConnectWise).
Collaborate with marketing product and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Represent ATS at industry events webinars and conferences to expand visibility and generate leads.
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for pipeline generation and revenue contribution.
Bachelors degree required.
3 years of experience in IT business development sales or account management (preferably in commercial or SLED markets).
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and close qualified opportunities.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. ConnectWise) and pipeline management.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator email automation tools or cold outreach platforms a plus.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience selling IT infrastructure SaaS cloud services or cybersecurity solutions.
Technical aptitude to explain complex IT solutions in simple terms.
Experience in solution-based or consultative selling.
Track record of exceeding sales or pipeline targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
