Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Houston team. This role plays a key part in supporting our sales operations by coordinating client communications preparing presentations managing schedules and ensuring seamless daily processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive organized and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment where initiative and professionalism are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

  • Maintain and organize client information and sales documentation.

  • Assist with proposal preparation follow-ups and sales reports.

  • Coordinate meetings calls and presentations for clients and internal teams.

  • Track ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Support marketing and sales strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
