About the Role
As Electronics & Systems Manager youll lead the development integration and verification of electronic systems and control functions for automotive applications. Your mission is to deliver smart safe and sustainable solutions that meet industry standards and exceed expectations.
What Youll Do
- Design and develop electronic system architectures using market-leading components.
- Define hardware software and interface requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Perform simulations testing and validation in line with automotive standards.
- Work with embedded systems sensors ECUs and lighting applications.
- Lead concept studies and risk assessments to ensure robust design.
- Collaborate with suppliers customers and internal stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
- Act as a technical ambassador and contribute to innovation both internally and externally.
- Prepare decision-making material for management and support technical sales efforts.
What Were Looking For
- Masters or PhD in Electronics Mechatronics Computer Engineering or similar.
- Proven experience in developing electronic systems for the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems control systems signal processing and communication protocols.
- Familiarity with automotive standards and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
