About the Role
Join our Manufacturing Technology team and help shape the future of advanced manufacturing! We focus on standardization quality innovation cost-efficiency and sustainability across all Swedish sites. As a key driver in RFQs and product/process changes we aim to build efficient Lean and highly digitalized production environments.
Reporting to: Manufacturing Technology Manager
Location: Central organization supporting multiple plants and cross-functional teams
What Youll Be Doing
- Develop and optimize assembly processes with a strong focus on efficiency utilization quality and sustainability
- Design end-to-end process planning and integration to meet world-class manufacturing standards
- Lead advanced assembly process development and define strategies for new products
- Ensure early involvement in product development to support Design for Assembly (DFA)
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies like collaborative robotics vision-guided assembly and smart tooling
- Create line layouts process flows and equipment specs for optimal ergonomics throughput and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D product engineering quality supply chain and operations
- Take an active role in RFQ processes providing technical input and defining solutions
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure early alignment with standards and assembly solutions
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong technical expertise in industrial assembly processes
- Deep knowledge of assembly line design and automation integration
- Proven success in implementing automated solutions
- Ability to drive productivity improvements for both short- and long-term goals

- Solid project management skills and multitasking capability
