We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Report Analyst to join our growing Analytics and Business Insight team. Schedule Requirements:Must be available to work Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Location:Wilson Site / hybrid work from home

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements business goals and metrics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
  • Translate user requirements into visual analytical and dashboard solutions
  • Work with Business Intelligence Developers and other IT staff on dataset creation and optimization
  • Develop and maintain complex data modelsreports visualizationsand dashboards using BI tools ( Power BITableau).
  • Create and maintain data models datasets and central dashboards
  • Conduct training sessions of new and existing dashboards to key stakeholders and users such as Managers Directors and VPs

Primary Qualifications:

  • Undergrad degree in Computer Science Health Information Management or Business Management
  • Certification or proven experience in Power BI MicroStrategy or Tableau
  • 3 years of experience with programming languages and tools such as SQL Python R SAS and simple analytics tools such as Excel
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau MicroStrategy to create compelling visualizations and reports
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to stay updated on emerging industry trends business processes technologies and methodologies in the data field
  • Strong organizational communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent attendance and discipline free record required
