We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Report Analyst to join our growing Analytics and Business Insight team. Reporting Relationship:Manager of Analytics and BI Reporting
Schedule Requirements:Must be available to work Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Location:Wilson Site / hybrid work from home

Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements business goals and metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Translate user requirements into visual analytical and dashboard solutions
- Work with Business Intelligence Developers and other IT staff on dataset creation and optimization
- Develop and maintain complex data modelsreports visualizationsand dashboards using BI tools ( Power BITableau).
- Create and maintain data models datasets and central dashboards
- Conduct training sessions of new and existing dashboards to key stakeholders and users such as Managers Directors and VPs
Primary Qualifications:
- Undergrad degree in Computer Science Health Information Management or Business Management
- Certification or proven experience in Power BI MicroStrategy or Tableau
- 3 years of experience with programming languages and tools such as SQL Python R SAS and simple analytics tools such as Excel
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau MicroStrategy to create compelling visualizations and reports
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to stay updated on emerging industry trends business processes technologies and methodologies in the data field
- Strong organizational communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent attendance and discipline free record required
