Job Summary

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and ensuring projects run seamlessly We are seeking a PMO Analyst and play a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions while coordinating initiatives that advance our business objectives. This is your chance to combine analytical expertise with project management skills to make a measurable impact.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to track portfolio health KPIs resources and milestones.
Produce weekly and monthly PMO metric reports and trend analyses to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
Consolidate and validate data across multiple systems to provide accurate portfolio insights for leadership.
Support creation of project charters scope and Gantt charts ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives.
Track and report project timelines risks and issues escalating when necessary to maintain delivery commitments.
Assist in monitoring budgets quality plans and procurement activities to support financial and operational goals.
Coordinate stakeholder communication and meeting logistics ensuring timely updates and engagement.
Prepare governance reporting packages and maintain risk registers and action trackers for assigned projects.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO project coordination or data analysis role
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power BI and dashboard development
CAPM or equivalent certification
Exposure to portfolio management tools (e.g. Planview Smartsheet MS Project)
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall Agile hybrid)

Travel Percentage: 10%
