Job Summary
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for automation and machinery Were looking for a dedicated Automation Technician to join our overnight team and help keep our production running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with cutting-edge equipment we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do:
- Support a positive and productive work environment
- Install maintain and troubleshoot automation systems and components
- Collaborate with production and scheduling teams to coordinate repairs
- Stay active on the floor providing hands-on support for automated equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Document daily tasks and follow established procedures
- Ensure safety policies are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with other shifts to ensure smooth transitions
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5 years of experience in machine maintenance or skilled trades
- Ability to read and follow PLC logic schematics and blueprints
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to wear PPE and follow safe work procedures
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for 812 hours
- Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
- Perform overhead and below-the-waist tasks
