Job Summary

PrEP Data entry

  • Ensure daily collection and entry of client files into the DHIS2 PrEP Tracker developed for PrEP clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in each clients file.
  • Process monthly data received from relevant program sites and enter it into the database.
  • Ensure program data is complete valid timely consistent and maintained with integrity and confidentiality.

PrEP retention and data support

  • Technical Focal for PrEP data entry analysis and coordinates with Technical team / M&E team for development of required data collection reports and analysis regarding PrEP project.
  • Facilitate inputs from key roll out stakeholders including LPK Technical Team Program Team M&E team and NAP as required for PrEP program requirement.
  • Capacity Building trainings to build skills about PrEP project reporting and monitoring;
  • Develop analyse and provide feedback to M&E team and technical team to PrEP data flow and operation challenges.
  • Communicate with clinic team for retention of taking PrEP leading regular follow-up and engagement.
  • Liaise with M&E team of LPK & service providers of PrEP program and actively follow up for tracking the PrEP clients.
  • Facilitate and support PrEP uptake among targeted populations by communicating with operation team and clinic team.
  • Provide support to operation team concerning PrEP indent process.
  • Analyse the data and create the reports for PrEP program.

Reporting Tasks

  • Prepare NAP PrEP Monthly summary report and submit it to Senior Operations Officer.

Qualifications :

Technical Knowledge:   

  • Must University Degree holder (Public Health related degree is a plus but not a must).
  • At least 2 years experiences and proven skills in implementation monitoring evaluation and reporting (experienced with working with MSM & FSW will be prioritized).
  • Must have strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Should be organized systematic and dynamic and must interact well with others.
  • Experiences in digital software management related with public health field is preferred for the position.

Data entry and analyse skill:

  • Excellent typing and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • The ability to use email.
  • Maintain database by entering new and updated information.

Day to Day duties:

  • Update manage and organize client files and documents and data.
  • Scan and organize documents for approval process if required.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors.
