Job Summary
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
- Interpret CAD engineering drawings and job orders to determine specifications tolerances and sequences of operations.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adjust machine settings as necessary.
- Program and calibrate machines properly.
- Ensure correct tooling speeds and detailing is chosen to job requirements.
Qualifications :
- Experience operating Multicam and Zund CNC machines
- Experience with CAD and MultiCam software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks for the creation and editing of technical drawings.
- Knowledge and ability to work with a wide range of materials including aluminium MDF timber acrylic hardwood and general plastics.
- Proficiency in 2D programming (3D experience is considered a strong plus).
- 2 years Joinery Expereinnce
- Skill/Trade Qualified
