Overview
The Lead IV Nurse serves as the IV leader for our customers and Pharmerica. Responsibilities include supporting IV service requests IV education and IV training. Develops and maintains a relationship with IV supply vendors.
The ideal candidate will be a Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) with Long-Term Care experience.
This is a remote opportunity. Applicants can live anywhere within the Continental USA.

Responsibilities
- Works with our preferred IV supply vendor to select and implement IV supplies
- Develops and maintains relationships with IV agencies nationwide
- Supports our pharmacies and clients with IV related questions and guidance
- Develop IV training courses and collaterals
- Manages the IV pump tracker program
- Supports new client new business implementations process for IV services and education
- Provides oversight for IV education courses taught by IV agency partners
- Manages PharMerica University course registrations
- Maintains a current list of state IV education and requirements
- Supports the Nurse Consulting Services Department with IV education and IV best practices
- May lead and direct others
- Works well under pressure

Qualifications
- Associate or bachelors degree in nursing
- Long Term Care experience
- Certified Infusion Nurse - CRNI
- VA-BC preferred
- Familiar with equipment concepts practices and procedures in discipline
- TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:25% travel
**To perform this role will require frequently sitting standing walking and typing on a keyboard with fingers and occasionally bending and climbing (stairs/ladders)
