Job Summary

About the Role:

The Account Executive team is responsible fordeveloping and growing new businessthrough a consultative sales approach ultimately driving adoption and revenue across our suite of front-of-house guest management and back-of-house kitchen display solutions. We take a value-oriented approach to working with potential clients in the hospitality sector ensuring we are assisting operators inimproving the overall guest experience.

As an Account Executive you will act as the primary client-facing point of contact for potential hospitality sector clients. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute against identified sales strategies and close deals. As a sales professional you will leverage your deep industry expertise proven sales ability and broad industry contacts to promote products you are genuinely passionate about.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed Sales goals and develop strategiesfornewbusinessand/orthe growth ofexistingbusiness.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals utilizing the salestrackingsystem (Salesforce)
  • Develop and deliver presentations via webinar andin-person on all QSR solutions to existing customers and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge ofQSRs robust product portfolio both hardware &software.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing for new clientsandrenewals as needed.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts for all prospectsandexistingclients.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to ensure allclient accounts are always current and up to date.
  • Documentandeffectivelycommunicateclientissues to QSRs Customer Success Technical Services andSupport/QualityAssurance teams.
  • Attend trade shows in support of the companysongoingsales efforts.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback tothecompanyonhowtobest serviceclientsneeds andevolveQSRssolutions.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillswith the ability to present in both small and largegroup settings. Must have a polished professionalpresentationstyle.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to assess businessopportunitiesandreadprospectivebuyers.
  • Capacitytograspand learncomplexconceptsquicklyandindependently.
  • Aptitude for gathering and using data to informdecision-makingand persuadeothers.
  • Capable of developing compelling strategies thatdeliverresults.
  • Solid understanding of information technologysystemsandroles.
  • Mustbe abletokeeporganizedaccuraterecords.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with teammembersandclients.
  • Self-starter energetic and results-driven individualable to work independently and also be acollaborativeteammember.
  • Experience of working as a hospitality operator
  • KnowledgeofSalesforceCRM

Preferred Skills:

  • Sales experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Experience with Salesforce and ZoomInfo
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDIC Gap Selling Challenger Sale and Spin Selling

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree

Essential Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
  • Prolonged periods of typing and working at a computer
  • Ability to listen and speak over the phone or Zoom calls
  • High level of mental concentration and focus

Sales Compensation:

The anticipated annualized base salary range for this full time position will be $80000 to $100000 plus a variable compensation range of $80000 to $100000 governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives).

Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to job-related skills qualifications education experience and location. Crunchtime has a location-based compensation system so someone doing the same job in a different city might have a different pay range.
