Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the Adventure Parks operations: from hiring team members maintaining safety standards managing equipment & facilities to defining guestexperience policies.
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented safety checks performed regularly and equipment is maintained to highest standards.
Lead train and develop staff; manage guest service quality; liaise with marketing and internal departments for promotional activities.
Work actively in an outdoor adventurefacility setting with dynamic thrill and familybased activities such as ziplines rope courses climbing walls giant swings etc.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
At least 2 years experience in a similar role (Adventure Park Manager or comparable operational manager in leisure/park setting).
English fluency required; other languages beneficial.
Current internationally recognised First Aid/CPR certification.
Strong attention to detail ability to work in outdoor settings passion for training and developing staff.
Educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent; preference for Bachelors degree depending on employer
