KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach all core subjects (English Mathematics Science and Social Studies) to 3rd Grade students using the AIM curriculum and pedagogical standards.
• Create a positive engaging and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect curiosity and independent thinking.
• Design and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the diverse learning needs and styles of all students.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate academic and behavioral records in line with school policies.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress achievements and areas for development.
• Collaborate closely with grade-level and subject teachers to ensure consistency and alignment across the curriculum.
• Participate actively in school events professional development sessions and community activities that enrich the AIM learning experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• A Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent.
• Proven classroom teaching experience preferably in an international or bilingual school environment.
• Native-level or fluent English proficiency; Spanish is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A creative student-centered teaching approach and a genuine passion for inspiring young learners.
• Familiarity with inquiry-based and project-based learning methodologies.
• A collaborative and flexible attitude aligned with the values and vision of the AIM community.
