Youll thrive in this role if youre kind dependable and passionate about helping others live well at home. Ideally youll have:

• A compassionate and patient nature
• Confidence in supporting with personal care and medication
• Good communication skills and the ability to build trust
• Consistent and reliable availability with a commitment to agreed working hours
• Previous experience in care or a related role (preferred but not essential)
