Location: Village of River Oaks an Independent and Assisted Living senior community with Memory Care
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles.
- Ensure smooth and safe traffic flow in the driveway area.
- Help residents and guests get in and out of vehicles safely.
- Properly label track and return vehicle keys to their owners.
- Assist residents and guests with their belongings.
- Help residents with mobility devices as needed.
- Observe all traffic laws and practice safe driving techniques.
- Immediately report any accidents or vehicle damage to the Executive Director or Manager on Duty.
- Assist the concierge with resident deliveries.
- Maintain a safe driving record that meets company guidelines and insurance requirements.
- Report any potentially unsafe conditions to the Executive Director.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene as per company policies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record; must have at least 1 year as a licensed driver and be 21 years old.
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions such as heat cold and rain.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to solve problems display good judgment and pay attention to detail.
- Pre-employment background check motor vehicle record and drug screen required.
