In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage the NDE team to support site quality systems ensuring compliance with ISO ASME and other applicable industry standards as required.
- Responsible for consistent application of company policies in the department.
- Maintain and lead all aspects of the sites NDE training program and personnel certifications.
- Responsible for leading day-to-day operations to enhance production while improving quality on-time delivery and safety levels while reducing costs.
- Maintain orderly safe and efficient operation of the Marshalltown NDE facility and equipment.
- Assist in making equipment and technology decisions to support long-term business levels.
- Coordinate and communicate with all levels of the organization.

You balance planning with effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one small and large groups or among diverse styles and position convert ideas intoactions and produce results with new initiatives. You define issues and can map out a process.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Associate of Applied Science Degree (A.A.S.) in Non-Destructive Testing Non-Destructive Testing Technology Diploma or Certificate Bachelor Degree or in the absence of a degree an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience performing magnetic particle liquid penetrant ultrasonic radiographic or visual inspections.
- A minimum of 3 yearsFisher product experience.
- Good understanding of Fisher products and their part inter-relationships as they relate to form fit and function of the product design.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASME ASNT ANSI ISO 9000).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

- Strong attention to detail with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Previous supervisory experience or proven leadership in a team environment.
