Waterpark Manager
This position will be responsible for the parks daily operationsdriving excellence in guest satisfaction safety team performance and financial success. This position will lead diverse teams across multiple departments ensuring seamless coordination and an exceptional visitor experience everyday.
- Oversee all aspects of waterpark operations including attractions lifeguard services guest relations maintenance F&B and retail.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety cleanliness and customer service are consistently maintained.
- Lead motivate and develop departmental managers and frontline team to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures and emergency action plans to guarantee operational consistency and guest safety.
- Plan and implement seasonal events capacity management and crowd flow strategies to optimize guest experience.
- Analyze operational performance guest feedback and financial data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets cost controls and performance reports while ensuring alignment with the parks strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with Sales Marketing P&C Finance Engineering Security and other departments to deliver cohesive park-wide initiatives.
- Drive a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors suppliers and local authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Serve as the primary on-site leader for crisis management and guest issue resolution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Administration Leisure Management or related field.
- Minimum 810 years of progressive leadership experience in waterparks theme parks resorts or large-scale entertainment venues.
- Deep understanding of water safety facility operations guest service standards and emergency protocols.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and performance analysis.
- Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic guest-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and decision-making skills.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences and maintaining world-class service standards.
