Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to join our Executive Hiring Team on a 12-month fixed-term this role youll play a pivotal part in sourcing and recruiting exceptional individuals for roles ranging from Managing Consultant (Director) through to Partner across our diverse and growing business.
About the Role
This is a high-profile opportunity where youll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic hiring outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract executive-level candidates.
- Building and managing pipelines of high-calibre executive talent across multiple disciplines.
- Qualifying and assessing candidates against both role requirements and PAs unique culture.
- Managing the end-to-end candidate experience with professionalism and care.
- Providing market intelligence and insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Championing inclusive hiring practices and delivering a best-in-class candidate journey.
Youll have access to a suite of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed and specialist platforms and youll work collaboratively with colleagues across Talent Acquisition HR and the wider business.
