Required qualifications
- 510 years of end-to-end project/program management in complex multi-team (business tech) environments with a clear delivery track record on scope timeline and budget.
- Proven budget management experience (planning ownership forecasting cost tracking variance analysis and financial controls).
- Proven experience preparing and presenting concise updates to senior management/SteerCos and C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent soft skills: clear written and verbal communication stakeholder management facilitation negotiation conflict resolution and influence without authority.
- Demonstrated risk/issue and dependency management and stakeholders coordination.
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English.

- Certifications: PMP PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum (PSM/PSPO) SAFe or similar.
- Prior experience in finance as PMO/project delivery roles.
Tools & reporting
- Jira: project configuration workflows/permissions dashboards advanced filters (JQL); Advanced Roadmaps a plus.
- Power BI: report building data modeling (Power Query/DAX) publishing to workspaces row-level security and exec-level KPI dashboards.
- Excel/PowerPoint for executive packs; MS
- Project/Smartsheet (optional)
