Commis Chef

Youll work closely with senior chefs across a range of kitchen sections preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence. With guidance and training youll have the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a fast-paced high-standard culinary operation.

What Youll Do:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes across à la carte buffet banqueting and room service offerings
• Support mise-en-place and daily kitchen prep to ensure smooth service across all shifts
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation following all food safety and hygiene standards
• Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced chefs to build your technical skills and industry knowledge
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver consistent high-quality meals for every guest
• Contribute ideas to menu development and improvements as your confidence and experience grow

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
