This position comes withFREE housing- rent and utilities for a private 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment are completely paid for so you can focus on providing quality compassionate care while earning a salary at the same time!
As aProfessional Neighbor you will live in GoodLife-provided housing as a network manager and caregiver for semi-independent adults with disabilities. You will provide guidance remote monitoring and support for persons served as well as assist with training and supervision of direct care staff.

Some duties include:
- Training and providing ongoing performance feedback coaching and counseling to direct care staff
- Providing remote monitoring and support via tech-based monitoring systems
- Teaching and supporting daily living skills (cooking cleaning laundry)
- Transporting to appointments and activities in company vehicle
- Completing assigned management and administrative duties
Some qualifications:
- Previous caregiving and supervisory experience preferred
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Must have a valid drivers license and safe driving record
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to live on-site
