Job Summary
Winsert is seeking qualified candidates forWrap & Shipin South Bend Indiana!
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm
This position works ensures orders are wrapped and shipped in a timely manner according to customer needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Follow oral and written instructions to meet customer shipping requirements.
- Filling out necessary documentation to complete procedure.
- Miscellaneous shipping duties (band and move skids use weigh scales etc.)
- Maintenance of finished goods inventory.
- Preparation of documentation and supplies required per shipping method and shipping orders.
- Maintenance of supplies and equipment used in area including general housekeeping.
- Knowledge of inspection process to be sure all operations are in compliance with quality control standards.
- Compilation of monthly supplies inventory sheet.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must have excellent time management skills problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to actively move through production floor to work with staff.
- Hearing and vision must be correctable to allow understanding of instructions.
- Mobility and coordination must allow for required tasks to be performed.
- Ability to lift 75 pound box from floor to maximum height of 36 inches.
- Physical (% of time): 100% standing talking hearing vision (near and far) depth perception; 70% -lifting/lowering 1-60 lbs; 50%-walking bending twisting pushing pulling lifting/twisting peripheral vision; 20%-sitting
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical training/certification preferred.
