Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Engineering responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Repairs maintains and inspects plumbing physical structure electrical wiring and fixtures machinery heating air conditioning refrigeration spa kitchen and laundry equipment in accordance with blue prints manuals and building codes using hand and power tools carpenter electrician and plumbing tools
Installs electrical equipment and repairs or replaces wiring and fixtures
Replaces light bulbs throughout the building
Qualifications :
Maintenance and/or technical background
Minimum 3 5 years experience
