Job Summary

Seeking HVAC Service Technicians with commercial or industrial service experience for a direct hire opportunity in Raleigh NC

This position offers comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle!

Pay rate is between $30 - $45 per hour (based on experience/Certification)

EPA Universal Certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities for HVAC Service Tech:

Troubleshoot repair/replace and service HVAC equipment and controls ranging from 1-60 tons cooling capacity.
Replace or repair compressor and condenser units.
Repair or replace motors compressors temperature controls humidity controls and circulating-ventilation fans to control panels and connects control panels to power source.
Repair leaks leak test & add Freon gas to build up prescribed operating pressure on all systems.
Replaces defective breaker controls thermostats switches fuses and electrical wiring to repair installed units using electricians hand tools and test equipment.
Professionally maintain company provided tools and vehicles.

Qualifications for HVAC Service Tech:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Drivers License is required.
EPA Universal certification is required.
2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC Service experience.
