Position Summary

Were looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join our on-site team in Independence Ohio. This position is fully on-site in Independence OH not remote or hybrid.

In this role youll transform complex data into clear actionable insights that drive operational performance across departments. Youll work closely with operations finance and leadership to design interactive dashboards analyze KPIs and support data-driven decision-making that impacts the companys success.

Key Responsibilities

Design build and maintain Tableau (and other) dashboards and visual reports that track business performance and key metrics.
Collect organize and analyze data from multiple internal systems to identify patterns trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate business questions into meaningful analytical outputs.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract validate and transform data from relational databases.
Ensure accuracy consistency and reliability across all data sources and reporting tools.
Develop and maintain documentation of data sources visualization logic and dashboard design standards.
Communicate insights in a clear actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support ad hoc data requests and provide data-backed recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum of an Associates degree in Data Analytics Statistics Business Intelligence or a related field
Proven experience using Tableau to create dashboards and interactive reports (required).
Experience with Power BI Alteryx or other BI tools (preferred).
Intermediate understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive self-driven mindset.
Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
