Local Site Security team lead providing support to employees new hires and candidates. You will need excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism. You must be flexible and able to multi-task possessing strong customer service skills and have the ability to function in a team environment. You also will be required to have strong attention to detail.

What You Will Do

Assist with customer support to individuals with personnel security related questions and briefings in a sometimes high volume as needed environment.
Assist with obtaining fingerprints verification of citizenship and badging photos of applicants and employees. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while preparing handling and processing information.
Support new employee orientations and hiring events. Some events take place on weekends.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requiresan AA/AS degree(or other 2-year posthigh school training)with a minimum of8 years relevantexperience.
Must have experience using Microsoft Excel Word email and updating and maintaining data in various types of databases platforms.

Qualifications We Prefer

Bachelors degree
Previous experience with DISS.
Familiarity with large scale event support including prescreening fingerprinting providing briefings and collecting information from attendees.

The salary range for this role is 56000 USD - 112000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
