Job Summary

A growing home care organization is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to oversee a team ensuring adherence to regulatory insurance and internal compliance standards. The ideal candidate is process-oriented organized and experienced in healthcare compliance or quality assurance.

Responsibilities Include:

Leading compliance reviews and internal audits to ensure regulatory adherence
Monitoring workflows and corrective actions to maintain quality standards
Training staff on compliance protocols and documentation procedures
Collaborating with clinical intake and operations teams to ensure consistency
Preparing reports for leadership and regulatory bodies

Ideal Qualifications:

Experience in compliance auditing or quality assurance within healthcare or home care
Strong organizational analytical and leadership skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation best practices

Salary: $65k$80k Bonus
