Job Summary

Position Summary...

Each incumbent in this position will be accountable for driving a multi-year strategy (3-5 years) that will support the success of Supply Chain operations for the geographic division assigned. This role is responsible for delivering our key enterprise goals including overseeing the development of processes safety cost quality service level agreements risk management and the implementation of initiatives to support short- and long-term supply chain performance. This position will support 10-15 distribution and fulfillment centers and will determine ways to optimize service levels maintain supply-chain efficiency and minimize cost.

What youll do...

Key Priorities Operational Strategy and Execution: Provides overall direction and guidance to assigned division regarding the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as delivering key initiatives related to performance cost service safety and quality. Reviews performance against operating plans and standards and recommends changes in direction and plans to the appropriate leadership. Develops and recommends operational policies objectives and best practices. Reviews and sets budget for assigned division. Establishes and achieves goals monitors work and evaluates results by ensuring the division is operating in line with the needs and mission of Walmart. Optimization and Change Management: Provides leadership and collaborates with cross functional teams including Finance Asset Protection Human Resources Compliance Maintenance and Store Operations. Ensures activities within other company units are in alignment resolving issues that may occur in coordination efforts and reviewing and approving major projects involving functional changes with impact to operational areas eg distribution center layout changes equipment and space needs capital expenses. Determines ways to optimize service levels maintain supply chain efficiency and minimize costs to the business. Identifies agile ways of working by embracing innovations and technology advancements and sharing across assigned division. Process Improvement: Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plans for growth and profit through improved processes eg workflow optimization and management methods eg creating strategy and advising on policies. Communicates monthly results versus established targets. Identifies root cause and works to continuously improve all metrics and reporting processes

The annual salary range for this position is $225000.00 - $500000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
