What we are looking for :
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to join our Marketing and E-Commerce teams on a full-time basis. Based onsite at our HQ in Scoresby and reporting to the Head of E-Commerce this role is responsible for driving brand growth customer engagement and sales through strategic digital and CRM initiatives.
We are looking for someone that has:
- Expertise in paid digital advertising (Google Ads Meta & Pinterest)
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Experience briefing and collaborating with agencies
- Experience creating and executing EDMs and automated flows within Klaviyo
- CRM management and automation setup
- Proficiency in A/B testing and audience segmentation
- Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally manage key stakeholders and collaborate effectively
What the role entails :
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns on social and google platforms to strengthen brand awareness and engagement across customer segments
- Develop and maintain the paid channels content calendar aligned with marketing and brand strategies
- Brief assets and collaborate with agency partners to optimise campaign performance for all platforms
- Manage and execute paid campaigns specifically aimed at attracting and converting leads into clients with a focus on data-driven performance.
- Implement and refine digital processes to maximise efficiency and communication
- Ensure compliance with digital advertising regulations
CRM
- Manage CRM and automated email marketing flows
- Brief execute and schedule EDM campaigns including A/B testing for engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with email marketing agency to ensure accurate segmentation and relevant content
Reporting Analysis Insights & Strategy
- Track and analyse digital and campaign performance metrics
- Present weekly performance reports to key stakeholders and provide data driven recommendations.
- Use data insights to refine strategy content and ROI
- Database and social media growth
- Identify growth opportunities through emerging digital trends and technologies
