We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Regional Head for the Latin America region for Liquidity & Account Solutions (L&AS). About the business: Liquidity & Account Solutions works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operates across multiple countries currencies legal entities and time zones including multi-national corporations high-growth technology companies commercial banks non-bank financial institutions central banks and broker dealers. Our advanced end-to-end solutions which combine physical notional and virtual techniques enable our clients to achieve visibility control and optimization of working capital.

Job responsibilities

  • Owns and is responsible for the entire product management life cycle including the vision roadmap continuous discovery development execution risk management data-driven decision-making business targets and our growth and long-term enterprise objectives.
  • Acts as the voice of the customer by enabling the product team to conduct market research and lead ongoing improvements for a cohesive set of products platforms solutions and channels that provide value to customers.
  • Leads coaches mentors and empowers the product team to execute across the product life cycle while defining and instilling best practices
  • Owns and is responsible for the overall success of the product through defined objectives key results key performance indicators performance assessments and product effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that informs the evolution of the digital payments industry.
  • Partner with sales technology legal and credit management teams to ensure product solutions are client-ready commercially viable and compliant.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering high-impact and large-scale products projects or technology applications.
  • Expert knowledge of product development methodologies technical design and data analytics
  • Experience with identifying client needs and delivering tailored cash management solutions leveraging products like physical / notional pooling and investment sweeps.
  • Proven ability to successfully implement at scale essential product lifecycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management.
  • Experience driving change in complex organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Recognized thought leader and innovator with demonstrated industry eminence
  • Liquidity and Treasury experience
  • Fluent in Spanish
