We are searching for a talented Medical Technologist
Hours:Per Diem
Shift:Flexible shifts & hours with one weekend per quarter one major and minor holiday per year
Location:St. Lukes Hospital New Bedford MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent (minimum of 36 semester hours in biology and physical sciences) and up to and including one year of related work experience.
- Certification as Medical Technologist such as MT (ASCP) or comparable agency approved by the National Commission for Health Certifying agencies is required within two years of date of hire and if applicable maintain certification through ASCP or comparable approved agency.
- Generlist experience preferred.
- Chemistry Hematology or Blood Bank.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
