Job Summary

Overview

At Chido and Padres we deliver an exceptional dining experience where great food drinks and hospitality come together. The Server Assistant plays a key role in supporting our service team and ensuring a smooth efficient and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Service Team: Work closely with servers and bartenders to maintain timely service and seamless table turnover.
Table Maintenance: Clear clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests.
Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly assist in delivering food and beverages and ensure tables are properly stocked with necessary items.
Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area bar area and service stations throughout the shift.
Restocking: Refill water replenish silverware glassware and supplies as needed to support continuous service flow.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with hosts servers bartenders and kitchen staff to uphold service standards.
Health & Safety: Follow all sanitation food safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with local and company guidelines.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required training provided.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Must be able to stand walk lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Availability for nights weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
