About the role

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service across all interactions while ensuring invoicing and record-keeping are consistently accurate.

Role accountabilities include:

• Provide accurate guidance to customers on waste classification separation practices reuse opportunities and account-related enquiries.
• Operate electronic toll booth systems efficiently ensuring accurate transaction recording and reporting.
• Process customer payments and coordinate with Finance for invoicing and reconciliation.
• Support recycling initiatives by collaborating with the Resource Recovery Tip Shop.
• Maintain and improve operational procedures through updates to the Toll Booth Operations Manual.

You take pride in providing clear guidance and support to customers ensuring consistent service within established procedures. Your attention to detail enables you to maintain accurate records of transactions and enquiries contributing to smooth and efficient operations.
