We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client & Member Service team at Mercer Administration Services. This role will be based in Wollongong and has a hybrid arrangement.
Working with the Account Manager the Client Relations Officer will act as a credible and professional point of contact to clients by providing timely and professional responses to queries escalated matters production of reports complaints management and requests for information received from our client/trustee office.
Client Relations Officer
We will count on you to:
Utilise your strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with relevant client stakeholders
Prepare detailed formal reports in a timely manner and informal reports as required in line with stakeholder expectations
Resolve issues and respond to requests from internal stakeholders and the client
Be a conduit and facilitation point for internal Mercer escalations that require client consideration or decisions.
Investigate manage and respond to member complaints in an accurate and timely manner.
What you need to have:
Good analytical skills
Well-developed stakeholder management skills
The ability to work independently and self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What makes you stand out
Skills in the use of Excel particularly using formulas and v-lookups.
Previous experience working in the superannuation insurance or banking sector would be beneficial.
