Requirements

Education & Training

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.

Licensure & Certification

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (American Board of Dermatology or equivalent).
Active unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Current DEA registration.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years post-residency dermatology experience preferred; new graduates with strong training will be considered.
Experience in medical surgical and/or cosmetic dermatology (flexibility based on practice needs and candidates interests).
Familiarity with EMR systems and comfort working in a fast-paced private practice environment.

Ability to collaborate with other physicians APPs (PAs/NPs) and support staff.

Additional Preferred Qualifications (optional depending on your practices focus)

Fellowship training (e.g. Mohs surgery cosmetic dermatology dermatopathology).
Established patient base or referral relationships in the community.
