The role

We are looking for Temporary Warehouse Associate capable of filling a variety of roles on our production and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. We are a rapidly-growing company; youll have the opportunity to grow along with us!

What youll do

• Work within the assigned department and be flexible to movement across departments as business needs show themselves
• Meet the GMP standards whenever the employee is needed to work in an area that contains GMP requirements.
• Be able to take direction from a Supervisor/Line Lead/ Team Lead.
• Employee will be needed to work overtime (We will make the attempt to advise with as much notice as possible)
• Meet minimum standard requirements for any area that contains a minimum standard of production.
• Work the scheduled shift as assigned by the management team.
• Meet the scheduling requirements for being on time and working the entire shift

What areas you will assist in

• Picking
• Packing
• Putaway
• Taping
• Stacking

What youll bring

• Able to complete physical work lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours at a time
• A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
• Extremely detail oriented
• Excellent work ethic always on time and very reliable
• Able to communicate respectfully effectively and professionally with peers and managers
• High school diploma or college degree or 2 years experience in a warehouse or food production environment
