The Role:

Were looking for a passionate and curious Scientist I to join our team. What Youll Do:

• Dive deep into developing and optimizing potency immunoassays and bioassays for numerous MoAs and always look for ways to improve and innovate their implementation for routine sample testing to support early and late-phase product characterization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new possibilities and solutions across projects.
• Bring fresh perspectives to technology development for data analysis and documentation to improve throughput efficiency and data integrity.
• Regularly share your results interpretations and solutions in both functional group settings and in presentations at meetings for internal project teams or those with partners.
• Keep up with the latest regulatory guidance for authoring documents such as user guides reports and SOPs and use your knowledge to inspire and lead.
• Ensure that curiosity-driven questions and exploration lead to measurable impactful results.

Who You Are:

• A PhD with 0 years of experience MS with 3 years of experience or BS and 5 years of experience with a degree in Biochemistry Molecular and Cellular Biology Immunology or related field.
• A self-starter who takes initiative owns your projects roles and actively seeks out new challenges.
• Someone with a broad knowledge of potency assays and MoAs who has excellent aseptic technique and experience culturing mammalian cells in a BSL I/II environment.
• A natural collaborator who loves sharing ideas and learning from others.
• Someone with experience working in a manufacturing environment who has meticulous and accurate pipetting technique with single/multi-channel pipettes and possibly liquid handlers.
• An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing able to share complex ideas in a simple relatable way.
• Experienced in using Envisions (or similar technology) for data acquisition and SMP or JMP (or similar software) for data analysis. Familiarity with additional cell analysis technologies would be a bonus.
• Someone who is not satisfied with good enough and is always looking to improve adapt and innovate.
• Someone experienced with alternatives potency/binding assay formats such as SPR and BLI - would be a bonus.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $90000 to $100000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individuals skills experience and competitive market value.
