Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct clinical pharmacy services for critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop implement and monitor medication therapy plans
- Participate in rounds provide drug information and optimize medication safety and efficacy
- Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical research within the PICU setting
- Educate staff patients and families on appropriate medication use
Qualifications
- PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Training completed
- Current experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in PICU acute care pediatrics or childrens hospital settings
- Must have completed residency training; current residents are not eligible
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a high-acuity team-oriented environment
