Summary:

Join our team as CNC Programmer this person will be part of a team that utilizes multiple software platforms to generate CNC programs used in the manufacture of sheet metal parts. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Engineering Production Purchasing and Business Technology.

Responsibilities:

Generate CNC programs for various metal forming equipment.

Manage ERP system data.

Collaborate to resolve machine or assembly issues.

Ensure production schedules are met.

Verify and adjust programs as needed.

Ensure accurate and timely information for customers.

Identify and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Strong technical decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret part fold drawings.

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

Preferred: CNC programming software and machine operation experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.

Experience with Oseon Boost TruTops & TruTop Boost software

Safety/Physical Requirements:

Presence: Must be onsite for at least 40 hours per week.

Physical Onsite Activity: Able to access manufacturing areas lift/move parts weighing up to 50 lbs. and stand for 6-8 hours per day.

Background Check: Must pass background check and drug test.
