Who are we looknig for

Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Feature Development:
  - Build custom components using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
  - Develop triggers classes batch jobs and REST/SOAP APIs for integration with external systems

• Platform Customisation:
  - Extend standard and custom objects layouts validation rules and automations.
  - Implement Flows Process Builder and Workflow Rules where applicable.
  
  
• Integrations and APIs:
  - Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs Platform Events External Services or MuleSoft.
  
  
• Development Lifecycle Management:
  - Use Salesforce DX Scratch Orgs and Change Sets for development and deployment.
  - Work with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployments.
  
  
• Collaboration with the Product Team:
  - Work with Administrators Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  - Participate in code reviews testing and functional validations.
  
  
• Documentation and Continuous Improvement:
  - Document technical solutions architectural decisions and best practices.
  - Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture and adoption of new Salesforce technologies.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Engineering Information Systems or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Salesforce platform development.
• Proficiency in Apex SOQL Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs Platform Events Named Credentials and External Services.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX Scratch Orgs Change Sets and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Basic understanding of DevOps Git Azure DevOps Jira or similar tools.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and agile environments.
• Focus on solution quality scalability and security.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and functional teams.

Certifications ( Valued ):

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I

Languages: Portuguese and English ( mandatory )

Working model: hybrid (2/3x per week in the office)
