Job Summary

Requirements:

Nursing Degree
Should have an active PHRN license
At least 2 years or leadership experience (Global Voice Support) preferably in a healthcare claims account
Metrics/KPIs: Preferably with experience handling/monitoring metrics e.g. CSAT NPS AHT FCR
