Job Description: Bilingual Travel Advisor
Overview
Your Role as a Bilingual Travel Advisor:
- Assist customers with travel inquiries providing information on destinations accommodations and activities.
- Maintain accurate data input of customer inquiries preferences and feedback in the travel services database.
- Ensure client complaints and issues are addressed and logged in accordance with the companys complaints escalation policy.
- Ensure all support calls and when applicable emails are answered and resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and logged appropriately.
- Troubleshoot travel-related issues using open questions support documents and system training.
- Offer personalized travel recommendations and solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Native or C2 level in German.
- Good level of English (C1).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- EU citizenship.
- Residence card with Full Market Access only.
