You will analyze and optimize sales processes provide actionable insights through data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
- Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization
- Analyze and streamline end-to-end sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across global operations
Data Management & Analysis
- Oversee the collection organization and analysis of sales data to generate business intelligence and actionable insights
- Ensure Order Intake forecast for every segment and region
Market Intelligence (support)
- Research and analyze market trends competitor activities and sales performance data to forecast sales inform strategies and identify new opportunities
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with marketing finance and customer success teams to ensure data alignment and support shared business goals
- Ensure Order Intake forecast for every segment and region
Strategic Support
- Provide crucial business intelligence and strategic recommendations to sales leadership to support effective decision-making
- Required Skills & Experience
Analytical Skills
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations
Technical Proficiency
- Expertise with CRM tools sales automation tools and advanced data analysis in Excel/GSheets
Strategic Thinking
- The ability to develop and implement sales strategies and drive operational excellence on a global scale
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication skills to drive alignment between different departments and manage relationships with various stakeholders
Project Management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Experience
- First experience in sales operations revenue operations business analysis or a similar role ideally in a fast-growing or global company
