We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. This individual must be able to act with both efficiency and care ensuring the well-being of our people. Together staff will take on a primary role in caring for patients fostering a relationship built on trust and collaborating with others in the healthcare team. Together staff will provide care that honors our traditions meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive respectful experience for both patients and their families.
Job Duties
Plans implements evaluates and delivers patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care including patient transfer discharge referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age culture condition and circumstances.
Maintains clinical skills and competency through orientation annual and ongoing education and clinical practice.
Follows Tribal Health and client specific policies and procedures.
All other duties as assigned and specified by clinical assignment and site.
Requirements:
Specialty: RN - Cardiac Care
Licensure:Current unrestricted nursing license
Certifications: BLS ACLS
Experience: 2 years of experience required
Schedule: day shift; 5x8 hours
